IME is providing full electrical services for the Telluride Luxury Hotel & Private Residences, a multi-building resort development consisting of three hotel blocks and two private residence towers above a podium garage, including one high-rise structure.

Engaged from early design-assist through Issued for Construction (IFC), IME is delivering comprehensive preconstruction support, estimating, and constructability input. Scope includes power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, and fire alarm/life safety across both hotel and residential components. Our team is managing equipment procurement, subcontractor coordination, permitting, and detailed high-rise code compliance in close collaboration with the general contractor and design team.

IME’s early involvement and full-scope execution are ensuring cost alignment, constructability, and seamless delivery from concept through completion.
