Procurement Manager - DENVER, CO

Establish and facilitate best practices achieving economies of scale in the procurement of materials necessary for effective and efficient operations of the company. The Procurement Manager will successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position while demonstrating the companies Mission, Vision, and Values.

Fire Alarm Manager - DENVER, CO

The overall objectives of this position are to deliver quality products and services which meet or exceed customer and industry standards, to meet or exceed the profitability goals of the installation department, and to build successful customer relationships. This position requires effective team building, training, work order planning and management, labor productivity management, and ability to communicate with customers and employees.

Preconstruction Manager - Electrical - DENVER, CO

The Preconstruction Manager will ensure that all estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, cost report planning and purchase planning efforts and documents are in alignment with company goals. The position communicates plans and strategizes closely with the preconstruction, marketing, service and business development teams.

Electrical Estimator - DENVER, CO

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting bid documents to determine Scope of Work and works with the team to formulate the estimating approach and bid strategy.
  • Responsible for calculating and preparing complete quantity take offs, material price lists, labor costs per hour, equipment, and other information.
  • Routinely maintains accurate, complete and updated project plans, specifications, correspondence and estimating documentation of quantity take-offs as well as pricing data on projects, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain a current understanding on the electrical construction market in Colorado and all other areas of focus for the organization.
  • Effectively communicates information regarding project risks, challenges, and opportunities in a clear, concise, courteous, and professional manner to customers and coworkers.
  • Must be an effective communicator, and be able to provide professional feedback to groups and individuals.
  • Must be sufficiently adaptable to accept and perform in a timely and effective manner work assignments that are outside the normal (day-to-day) routine as well as be accepting of changes in overall company strategy.
  • Utilize Accubid, Live Count, advanced Excel spreadsheets and Bluebeam on a consistent basis.

Safety & Risk Manager - DENVER, CO

The Safety & Risk Manager oversees, implements, and directs the IME Safety Program, including Best Practices around safety policies, written safety programs, safety compliance and training.

Project Executive - DENVER, CO

Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities associated with a specific Market Sector of a Business Unit. Manage a staff of 3-5 Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Support staff. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement. This position reports directly to the Director of Construction.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include client maintenance, procedural and process issues, managing financials and reporting as appropriate. This role also works through subcontractor performance issues, and conducts manpower analysis. Additionally, demonstrating an understanding of constructability and technical issues, legal and liability concerns, and risk analysis/mitigation will be a key success factor. The Project Executive also conducts monthly reviews to ensure that project schedule, safety, administration and profitability are in line with expectations; that material/equipment procurement, work quality, and working relationships with owners/sub-contractors and A/E firms meet company standards, and that the company monthly overhead schedule accurately reflects current and projected manpower requirements.

Service Manager - DENVER, CO

The Service Manager manages the daily operations of the Service Department in partnership with the Director of Service. Responsible for successfully supervising Service field and office staff. Directly impact the overall profitability of the department through proactive project planning, customer retention activity and employee management.

Project Engineer - DENVER, CO

An accountable project engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Assistant Service Project Manager - DENVER, CO

The Assistant Project Manager works for the Production and field teams: Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Field Staff to assist in the following: acts as a liaison with General Contractor, Engineering, Design and Manufacturing regarding cost, scheduling, and close-out documents for multiple projects. This position is also responsible for design participation, pre-construction, construction and testing coordination. Assistant Project Manager will also maintain constant and effective communications with team members, internal/external customer and vendors.

Superintendent of Field Operations- DENVER , CO

The Superintendent of Field Operations will work with the Director of Construction to oversee and ensure success of all IME projects in Colorado. This position requires close pre-planning and communication with the Operations, Field and Administrative teams. Candidate will be a Colorado state licensed Journeyman Electrician with large industrial and commercial experience. Candidate will have a proven history of producing quality work to contribute towards client satisfaction and high safety standards.

Apprentice Electrician (CW) - DENVER, CO

The Electrical Apprentice (CW) is responsible for installing high-quality electrical field work, and taking measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency. The position reports directly to the Electrical Journeyman/Foreman.
