Todd Rash, Vice President of Reno Operations, brings 20 years of experience in Northern Nevada’s electrical construction industry, including over a decade of dedicated service at IME. A graduate of the IBEW Apprenticeship program, Todd began his career as a skilled electrician before becoming a trusted leader and mentor.

In his role, Todd oversees IME’s Reno operations, driving project success and fostering strong client relationships. He serves as a Trustee for the Northern Nevada Apprenticeship and Training Committee and the Northern Nevada Electrical Workers Health & Welfare Fund. A lifelong Nevadan, Todd is passionate about contributing to his community. With certifications in project management and leadership, he combines technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach, making him an essential part of IME’s leadership team.
