Roger Redeford is Vice President of Preconstruction and brings more than 23 years of experience in the electrical industry. Before joining IME in 2023, he led preconstruction efforts for large-scale, technically complex projects across a range of sectors, building a reputation for creative problem solving and strategic execution.

He began his career as an electrician in Illinois and has developed broad expertise in estimating, project planning, and team leadership. Roger is Lean Construction Certified and applies lean principles throughout IME’s preconstruction process to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall project readiness. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University. His commitment to mentorship and operational excellence continues to strengthen IME’s preconstruction team.
