Angelo Tafoya is Director of Finance and leads IME’s financial operations with a focus on strategy, accountability, and team development. Since joining the company in 2022, he has advanced quickly into leadership, demonstrating both technical expertise and a strong commitment to supporting others.

Angelo manages a large team responsible for forecasting, payroll, and accounting, working closely with leadership across departments to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Metropolitan State University and is actively involved in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), where he collaborates with industry peers to exchange insights and stay on top of trends. He is also a graduate of the AGC Executive Leadership Academy.
