This high-rise tower will includes 287 units overlooking the South Platte River and Cherry Creek in Denver. The building also features a 3-level sub grade parking garage offering 300 parking spaces. IME completed all electrical work for the high-rise and the multi-family residencies within it, as well as the fire alarm, smoke control, low voltage systems, and radio enhancement.
