Large-scale design build tenant finish with state-of-the-art upgrades
Woodward Drake is a 160,000 sqft design build tenant finish completed with BCER Engineering, Inc. and Mortenson Construction. This large-scale renovation was designed as an open office concept, including new executive offices, conference centers, a full kitchen, dining facility and state-of-the-art security and information technology systems. This 12-month project was executed while the facility remained operational.
